Delete your LyaiDeu account

1. What you can delete

You can request deletion of your LyaiDeu account, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, saved delivery addresses, profile photo, saved cart and preferences, and your push notification token.

2. What we must keep

A small amount of information has to stay for a limited period, because we are required to keep it or because it protects both of us:

• Order and payment records — kept for accounting and tax purposes and to handle refunds or disputes, then deleted or anonymised.
• Delivery records — kept briefly where an order is still in progress or a dispute is open.
• Legal and fraud records — kept only where the law requires it, or where needed to prevent abuse.

These records are kept separate from your account and are not used to contact you or to market to you.

3. How to send the request

Fill in the form below with the details of the account you want deleted. If you are signed in, your details are filled in for you. You can also email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, or call 9769955973.

We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask one simple question to confirm the account is yours — for example, replying from the registered email address — so that nobody else can delete your account.

4. What happens next

Once we confirm the request, your account is closed and the data listed in section 1 is deleted. You will no longer be able to sign in, and your order history will no longer be visible in the app. If you want to use LyaiDeu again later, you can create a new account.

5. Deleting only some data

You do not have to delete the whole account. You can ask us to remove a saved address, a profile photo, or to stop sending you offers while keeping the account open — just say so in the form and we will do only that.
